Aston Carter is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage critical billing operations for government and commercial contracts at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. You will reconcile financial data, monitor unbilled inventories, and ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel usage, monthly accrual support, and collaboration with finance teams to deliver accurate, timely billings and insightful financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in billing, AR, or related financial role.
• Hands-on experience with AR, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, forecasting, reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Ability to perform reconciliations between accounting systems.
• Experience monitoring unbilled inventory and converting it into billings.
• Proficient in document management, including Adobe Acrobat.
• Daily use of Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to interpret contract terms for billing.
• Strong communication to work with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
