Aston Carter is seeking a Senior Business Operations & Billing Analyst to support a large contractor workforce and lead billing, invoicing, and project cost analyses in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage approximately 300 active projects, ensure accuracy of billing records, and collaborate with Operations, Recruiting, Accounting, and HR to drive operational improvements. This role offers significant ownership and growth potential in blue ash OH.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in billing, invoicing, AR, project accounting, or business operations support.
• 12 years of intermediate-level accounting experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience for billing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate client invoices.
• Monitor invoice status and resolve billing discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Review AR aging and assist with collections.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and billing reviews.
• Analyze project costs, margins, and revenue trends.
