Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to manage recruiting, onboarding, and timecard processes at a Wind Gap facility. You will be the main point of contact for the client and associates, handling sourcing, interviewing, and day-one logistics.

You will oversee payroll-related timecards, participate in job fairs, and contribute to workforce planning. A bilingual (English/Spanish) talent pool and 1–2 years in staffing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HR or related degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or admin support.
• Comfort conducting in-person and phone interviews.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; ATS experience.
• Problem-solver who escalates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Midway at the client site.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates on site and by phone.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding: background checks, paperwork, day-one logistics.
• Ensure new hires have a strong first day.
• Process and approve timecards accurately for payroll.
• Regularly check in with associates and client to address issues.
• Represent Midway at job fairs and community events.
• Collaborate on staffing strategy and workforce planning.
