Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking a bilingual recruiter to staff IDL facilities and onboard new employees. You will partner with managers to assess staffing needs and coordinate onboarding and orientations, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a track record in high-volume recruitment, excellent organization, and comfort with MS Office; ATS experience is a plus. This is an on-site branch-office position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in branch office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard employees for IDL facilities.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Support employees and act as the point of contact for HR and various duties.
