Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to be the face of the company at the Wind Gap, PA client facility. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, timecards, and day-to-day site operations to ensure staffing needs are met by Monday morning.

You'll walk the floor with plant leadership, screen resumes, conduct in-person and phone interviews, process onboarding, and keep payroll accurate. This role requires strong organization and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HR/business degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Comfort conducting in-person and phone interviews.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Experience with MS Office/Google Workspace and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for the client and on-site associates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates in person and by phone.
• Run end-to-end onboarding: background checks, paperwork, compliance, and day-one logistics.
• Ensure new hires have a solid first day on site.
• Process and approve timecards accurately for payroll.
• Check in regularly with associates and the client to catch issues early.
• Represent Midway at job fairs and community hiring events.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership on staffing strategy and workforce planning.
