Job summary

Omega Foundation Services in Southaven, MS seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Site Representative to provide on-site HR support for employees, supervisors, and project management. You will help onboarding, documentation, compliance, and communications between field operations and corporate HR.

The role requires strong confidentiality, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of employment laws, with 2+ years HR experience and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR, Recruiting, Administrative, or Employee Relations experience preferred.
• Construction/industrial experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first HR contact at the job site.
• Escalate policy violations and complaints to HR leadership.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding documentation.
• Assist with employee benefits enrollment and payroll forms.
• Ensure understanding of company policies and expectations.
• Support E-Verify and I-9 compliance.
