Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of the company at a client facility in Rogers, AR. You will manage daily operations, support onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and reporting standards.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish with staffing experience and excellent communication and organizational skills. The role offers ESOP participation, 401(k) style benefits, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or workforce management is preferred.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors like manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and help meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
