Bilingual Human Resources Site Representative

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The HR Site Representative serves as the primary Human Resources contact at assigned project sites. This position provides on-site HR support to employees, supervisors, and project management while ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and client requirements. The HR Site Representative is responsible for supporting onboarding, employee relations, documentation, compliance, workforce engagement, and communication between the field and the corporate HR Department. This role is critical in maintaining a positive employee experience while supporting the company's rapid growth and operational objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns at assigned job sites.
  • Escalate employee complaints, harassment concerns, discrimination allegations, and policy violations to HR leadership.
  • Support employee engagement programs and company communication efforts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Ensure completion of all required onboarding documentation.
  • Verify required employment documents are submitted and accurate.
  • Assist employees with company systems, payroll forms, and benefit enrollment.
  • Ensure employees understand company policies and expectations.
  • Assist with E-Verify, I-9 compliance, and employment eligibility requirements.
  • Support compliance with client-specific onboarding and site access requirements.
  • Collect and submit employee personnel documents to the HR Department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Ensure timely submission of employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Partner with Safety personnel to ensure required employee documentation is maintained.
  • Act as the liaison between field operations and corporate HR.
  • Report staffing concerns, employee trends, and potential compliance risks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or Employee Relations experience preferred.
  • Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field workforce experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to build relationships with employees and management.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
