Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions seeks a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support employee relations on-site at the client warehouse in California. This temporary, full-time role requires fluency in Spanish and English and includes investigations, onboarding, documentation, and routine HR duties.

The position is based full-time on-site with standard Mon-Fri hours and OT as needed. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential to maintain positive associate and client relations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading/writing/speaking) required.
• 2-3 years in HR, employee relations, or operations coordination; warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with investigations, interviewing, and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite HR liaison between associates, client managers, and the remote HR leader.
• Conduct investigations, interview associates, document incidents, escalate findings.
• Handle confidential associate concerns related to conduct and policy compliance.
• Support onboarding and orientation, explain attendance policies and escalation procedures.
• Monitor attendance, validate absences, maintain HR case documentation.
• Assist with corrective action processes and ensure consistent handling of cases.
• Communicate regularly with remote HR leadership on escalated matters.
