Qualifications

• Strong foundation in technical computer, network, or software support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.
• Familiarity with a call center environment and duties.
• Knowledge of computer systems and work order tracking systems.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
