Mission Pet Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive insights for a $3B+ revenue business. This onsite role in Birmingham, AL partners with product strategy and commercial excellence to evaluate feature performance and surface opportunities across the product lifecycle.

You will deliver actionable reports, provide recommendations, manage ad hoc analyses, and present clear data-driven insights to leadership, supporting strategic roadmaps and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field
• 1-3 years of similar work experience in tech, healthcare, or retail
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights
• Excellent Excel skills; VBA/SQL/R or similar coding is a plus

Responsibilities

• Delivering Actionable Reports by consolidating first- and third-party data for leadership teams.
• Provide observations, recommendations, and next steps aligned with product strategies.
• Handle ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions and support real-time decisions.
• Present data-driven insights clearly to leadership, focusing on impact and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial excellence and home office teams to align reporting with roadmaps.
• Ensure data integrity with rigorous quality checks and attention to detail.
