Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and 401(k) plans.
• Manage FMLA, ADA, disability, and leave-of-absence cases.
• Support open enrollment and employee benefit education.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee data changes, and HRIS updates.
• Serve as a resource for employee and manager HR questions.
• Ensure HR compliance and accurate employee records.
