Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Benefits Manager - Open Enrollment to administer open enrollment for clients and site employees. You will lead a team of open enrollment specialists and serve as the escalation point for service and technical challenges.

You will ensure benefit plan accuracy, regulatory compliance, and accurate renewals while advising employees on options and working with carriers. Strong leadership and HRIS experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6–10 years of group benefits experience in the PEO industry preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Lead a team of open enrollment specialists and support other sub-departments.
• Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
• Provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Present and deliver client renewals with minimal oversight.
• Educate clients on all benefit offerings and products; collaborate with insurance carriers.
