Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Benefits Manager to administer open enrollment for client work sites. You will lead a team of enrollment specialists and serve as the primary client contact, guiding benefits choices and ensuring accuracy.

In this role you will collaborate with underwriting, operations, and carriers, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of client renewals. Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years in group benefits preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 6–10 years of group benefits experience in the PEO industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proven leadership abilities and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary benefit contact for clients during open enrollment.
• Support underwriting, system operations, client relations with renewal preparation.
• Validate client benefit plans for accuracy and perform data quality checks.
• Provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Present renewals to clients with minimal oversight.
• Educate clients on benefit offerings and products.
• Work with insurance carriers and vendors on plan questions.
• Advise employees on benefits options and navigation.
• Review HRIS data accuracy and perform post-open enrollment validation.
• Handle other tasks related to benefits administration.
