Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst at Staff level to join the Global Total Rewards Team. You will implement, administer, and manage key strategic benefit initiatives for U.S. Health & Welfare programs, collaborating with vendors, brokers, Legal, and HR.

The role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Onsite in Bloomington, MN during core business hours.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience administering U.S. Health & Welfare benefit programs, preferably in a global environment.
• Working knowledge of federal and state benefit regulations.
• Managing benefit vendors and supporting implementations, renewals, RFPs, and other benefit projects.
• Analyzing benefit costs, enrollment, utilization, and other program data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer U.S. Health & Welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, EAP, HSAs, FSAs, and life insurance.
• Partner with third-party administrators, brokers, Legal, and HR to manage benefit operations, compliance, and resolution of complex employee benefit issues.
• Manage benefit vendor relationships including service delivery, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and operational escalations.
• Analyze plan design, market trends, utilization, costs, and program data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations that support the U.S. benefits strategy.
• Lead or support RFPs, implementations, annual renewals, open enrollment, contract reviews, and other benefit initiatives.
• Support compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including required audits, testing, filings, and benefit plan documentation.
• Develop and maintain benefit policies, procedures, plan documentation, and operational processes.
• Develop employee communications and materials related to benefit programs, enrollment, and plan changes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and employee experience
