Job summary

Paylocity is hiring a Major Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and set meetings for sales executives. This 100% in-office role is based at Lake Mary, FL, with no remote option; on-site work five days a week during designated hours.

You will prospect strategically, engage prospects across channels, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive opportunities while leveraging CRM tools and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, hard-working, and not afraid of healthy competition.
• Resourceful and able to learn new products and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Establish trust and position Paylocity as a long-term partner.
• CRM Management: Keep prospect data accurate and track interactions.
