Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Major Sales Development Representative for its Lake Mary, FL office. You will generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and set up meetings for sales executives across multiple channels.

This 100% in-office role requires on-site work five days a week. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong verbal and written communication, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit to drive revenue and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or high school diploma with two years of work/military/relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify key decision-makers and industry trends to tailor outreach.
• Proactive Outreach: Engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach to generate high-value opportunities.
• Sales Alignment: Work with Account Executives to develop targeted lead-generation strategies and coordinate hand-offs.
• Business Insights: Analyze prospect data to uncover pain points and needs aligned with Paylocity’s solutions.
• Technology-Driven Sales: Leverage CRM and data tools to increase outreach efficiency and automate workflows.
