Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Major Sales Development Representative for its Lake Mary, FL campus. This 100% in-office role requires consistent on-site work five days a week and offers a base pay range of $47,500 to $50,000 per year with a commission plan and full benefits.

The candidate will prospect, nurture, and set meetings for sales executives using multi-channel outreach, CRM tools, and data insights to drive opportunities and revenue growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a high school diploma with two years of work, military, or relevant experience is also valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, hard-working, and not afraid of healthy competition.
• Resourceful and able to learn new products and processes quickly.

Mansioni

• Research and identify key decision-makers, industry trends, and business challenges to tailor outreach efforts.
• Engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach, including phone, email, and social selling, to generate high-value sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lead-generation strategies and coordinate seamless hand-offs.
• Gather and analyze prospect data to uncover pain points, opportunities, and industry-specific needs that align with Paylocity’s solutions.
• Leverage AI dialers, sales engagement platforms, CRM tools, and data intelligence sources to increase outreach efficiency, automate workflows, and improve prospecting accuracy.
• Establish trust with potential clients through consultative conversations, positioning Paylocity as a long-term partner in workforce transformation.
• Maintain accurate prospecting data, track interactions, and leverage analytics to refine outreach strategies.
• Participate in team competitions and performance-based incentives that reward both individual and team success.
