Paylocity, an award-winning cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Major Sales Development Representative for its in-office Lake Mary, FL location. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for sales executives through multi-channel outreach.

You will work with the Sales & Marketing team to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and drive revenue opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives and leveraging CRM and data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma with two years of relevant experience also acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, hardworking, and competitive in a healthy way.
• Resourceful and quick to learn new products and processes.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, yet a team player.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting: identify key decision-makers and business challenges to tailor outreach.
• Proactive Outreach: multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) to generate opportunities.
• Sales Alignment: coordinate with Account Executives for targeted lead-gen strategies.
• Business Insights: analyze prospect data to uncover pain points and needs.
• Technology-Driven Sales: leverage AI dialers, CRM tools, and data sources to improve outreach.
• Relationship Building: establish trust through consultative conversations and partnerships.
• CRM Management: maintain accurate prospecting data and analyze interactions.
