Job summary

Insight Global’s client in the financial services sector seeks a support specialist to work on-site three days a week in El Paso, TX. You will collaborate with partner banks, send and verify transmission files, monitor file success, forecast activity, process wires, and troubleshoot issues.

The role requires 1–2 years in banking verifications with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in banking verifications and troubleshooting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure (listed twice).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with partner banks to send and verify transmission files.
• Monitor the success of transmission files and forecast activity.
• Process wires and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
