Job summary

Insight Global in El Paso, TX seeks a support specialist to join our financial services team. On-site three days a week, 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, you will partner with banks, send and verify transmission files, monitor success, forecast needs, and process wires.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver with 1–2 years banking verification experience and strong communication skills. The position offers hourly pay of $18/hr and an opportunity to grow within a stable finance

One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a support specialist. Their job responsibilities will include working with partner banks, sending and verifying transmission files, monitoring success of those files, forecasting, processing wires, and troubleshooting. We are looking for a hardworking, independent problem solver. This person will be required to be on site three days a week and work 8 hours between the hours of 6:00AM - 6:00PM, rotated on a 3-month regional basis. The pay is $18/hr.
