Job summary

Insight Global’s client in the financial services sector seeks a support specialist to work on-site three days a week in El Paso, TX. You will collaborate with partner banks, send and verify transmission files, monitor file success, forecast activity, process wires, and troubleshoot issues.

The role requires 1–2 years in banking verifications with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in banking verifications and troubleshooting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure (listed twice).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with partner banks to send and verify transmission files.

Job description

One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a support specialist. Their job responsibilities will include working with partner banks, sending and verifying transmission files, monitoring success of those files, forecasting, processing wires, and troubleshooting. We are looking for a hardworking, independent problem solver. This person will be required to be on site three days a week and work 8 hours between the hours of 6:00AM - 6:00PM, rotated on a 3-month regional basis.

Compensation:

$16/hr to $18/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
