Job summary

United Business Bank in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Service Manager I (CSM I) to lead branch operations onsite, overseeing Teller and New Account functions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

You will motivate staff, cross-sell bank products, monitor reports, and assist Relationship Managers with outside calls when time permits. A high school diploma and 3 years of banking experience with leadership is required. Onsite location only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience with prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage the efficient operations of the branch, including Teller and New Account functions.
• Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Manage expenses and losses within the annual budget; promote non-interest income when possible.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; provide training to staff in cross-selling.
• Assist Relationship Managers with outside calls to clients when time permits.
• Review management reports, conduct daily callbacks, and handle NSF/OD processing.
