Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Teller and Cash Handling Operations procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling or teller experience in financial services.
• Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide paying and receiving functions in person, by phone, mail and online banking.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, stop payments and wires.
• Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems.
• Cross-sell the bank's products and services.
• Support the Branch Manager and Client Service Manager with assigned duties.
