• Provide training and coaching to team on daily work functions and approve work.
• Complete quality assurance control reviews of team activities.
• Identify and resolve problems within the team.
• Assist with production work on an as-needed basis.
• Complete daily production reporting for the team and approve daily work.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
