Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; 2 years TM/Merchant customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred depending on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Own TM service setups received from TM Sales or clients and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare, distribute, validate, and collect legal agreements and client signatures.
• Monitor TM Now queue and orders to meet service level agreements.
• Research and resolve implementation and fulfillment issues; escalate when needed.
