Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, including pricing negotiations and client service agreements.

The role requires proactive outreach, pipeline management, and regular travel to client sites across the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PPT).
• Ability to generate new business, build pipeline, and forecast sales accurately.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast; meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients; complete required paperwork.
• Frequent domestic travel for team onsite meetings, client visits, and events.
