Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Redmond, Washington is seeking a PC and Azure Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support and procurement for our game development studio. You will work with Studio Management, Directors, and Leads to address IT needs and ensure reliable hardware, software, and identity services.

The role covers hardware procurement, inventory management, user account handling, and internal/external IT support across OSes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience with 2+ years in procurement.
• Experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
• Scripting experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell).
• Experience in supporting multiple OSes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Studio Management, Directors, and Leads to understand IT-related needs.
• Perform PC hardware procurement, setup, and recycling.
• Field requests for IT services, repairs, upgrades, or inquiries.
• Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio.
• Handle user account management.
• Provide IT support internally and to external partner teams involved in game creation.
