Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT experience.
• At least 2 years in IT procurement.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Azure AD and Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of IT support and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of documenting technical processes.
• Scripting experience in Python, C#, or PowerShell.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• On-site work in controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with studio management and technical leads to address IT needs.
• Procure, configure, deploy, maintain, and recycle PC hardware.
• Respond to IT service requests and user inquiries.
• Manage PC hardware inventory.
• Perform user account administration and access management.
• Provide internal IT support for game development teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve support requests.
• Support Azure-based services for day-to-day operations.
• Labs and automated testing machines support.
• Collaborate with IT teams to apply best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and monthly reports.
• Prioritize quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and communication.
