Qualifications

• Strong documentation skills and ability to write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage PC hardware procurement, installation, inventory, and lifecycle recycling.
• Provide comprehensive IT support for user accounts, software, hardware, and network access.
• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot lab machines for automated game testing.
• Document IT processes and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
