Qualifications

• 3 years IT experience with at least 2 years in procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
• Scripting experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple operating systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Studio Management, Directors, and Leads to understand IT needs.
• Procure, setup, and recycle PC hardware.
• Field IT service, repair, upgrade, support, inquiry or complaint requests.
• Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio.
• Handle user account management.
• Provide IT support to internal and external partner teams.
• Collaborate with larger IT teams on best practices and technical concerns.
