Gensler in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Construction Administrator to support on-site project delivery for aviation-focused designs. You will coordinate with design consultants, clients, contractors and staff, handling contract administration, document control and PMO logistics.

You will contribute to project meetings, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure QA/QC through punch walks and coordinated reviews using Procore and Bluebeam. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction administration experience.
• Onsite PM support for large, complex projects (Aviation projects a plus).
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders and jurisdictions.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site support and coordination with design consultants, clients, stakeholders, contractors, consulates and staff.
• Manage Contract Administration/Change Management processes.
• Maintain document control and file structures.
• Handle PMO logistics and support (FFE/IT/supplies).
• Coordinate project procedures and startup activities; participate in project meetings.
• Attend OAC meetings and assist with punch walks and punch lists.
• Oversee Bluebeam reviews and Procore document handling.
