Job summary

DeWinter Group in Foster City, CA is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to deliver seamless conference technology and digital signage support for internal events. You will assist with live streams, executive meetings, and large-scale gatherings, ensuring high reliability and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AV or IT support, strong communication, and experience with Zoom Rooms and conferencing hardware. Onsite role with no travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in AV or IT support roles.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience supporting conference room equipment and live production for events.
• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, conferencing hardware and digital signage.
• Basic networking and Windows/macOS troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage AV support tickets with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV and digital signage support for conferences and internal events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with displays, cameras, speakers and controllers.
• Support live streams and multi-location broadcasts for company events.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth executive meetings and gatherings.
