Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an AV or IT support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience running live company events streamed to multiple locations.
• Experience managing Zoom Rooms and conferencing hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for AV equipment including conference room displays, cameras, speakers, and cabling.
• Support meetings and live streams (All Hands, Executive Meetings, Webinars).
• Prioritize urgent tickets and maintain AV support queue with timely follow-up.
• Perform room sweeps and verify functionality of digital signage and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot real-time during live events in person or remotely.
