Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an Onsite Maintenance and Support Technician II to partner with the Customer, Management team, Global Helpdesk and installation teams to deliver world-class service at client sites.

You will support AV and digital signage systems on site, assist with VIP events, train end users, and perform preventive maintenance while coordinating parts and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• CTS certification required or in progress at hiring.
• Able to communicate with customers, teammates and management.
• Strong independence and deadline management.
• Basic Windows operating system knowledge.
• Understanding of audio, video and control signal flow.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Resolve AV and digital signage issues (Q-sys, Crestron, Teams rooms).
• Provide on-site AV support for VIP events and meetings.
• Train end users in AV system operation and troubleshoot during meetings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on AV systems.
• Coordinate parts, RMA, and equipment setup/breakdown for events.
• Maintain safety standards and document job activities.
