Zusammenfassung

AVI-SPL is seeking a Team Leader/Onsite Supervisor to manage and mentor an installation and support team delivering audiovisual integration, installation, and break/fix remediation for critical client systems.

Responsibilities include driving service levels, supervising technicians, reporting on KPIs, and coordinating with the Service Delivery Manager to improve client outcomes on site.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience and leadership of installation staff.
• Experience planning, implementing and managing activities of field teams.
• Ability to recruit, train, schedule and apply best practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise onsite AV technicians to meet client expectations.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met across the onsite team.
• Support CSI initiatives and drive continuous improvement with the client.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings and performance appraisals.
• Maintain professionalism and safety standards on client sites.
• Coordinate backfill for PTO and emergency callouts.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
• Develop and maintain onsite documentation and SOPs.
