Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a diligent Onsite Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee the onsite AV team and support daily customer service for integration, installation, and break/fix remediation of critical AV systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, performance, and client expectations on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and managing installation workforce.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite AV technicians and staff.
• Develop service levels and monitor SLAs.
• Assist with CSI program and client communications.
• Lead performance reviews and development plans.
• Coordinate travel to job sites and manage backfill.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
