Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to deliver world-class AV support at customer sites. You will setup conference spaces, perform preventive maintenance, and train clients on AV technology as needed.

Responsibilities include testing hardware, cleaning equipment, and collaborating with teams while adhering to local safety standards. Travel to El Segundo and Goleta, CA is required on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of hand and power tools in field settings.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.
• Experience with AV equipment installation and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and test/repair hardware components.
• Clean AV equipment and provide client training on AV technology as needed.
• Troubleshoot and support video/audio systems on site.
• Travel to multiple customer sites as required.
