Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Engineer to partner with customers, management, and global helpdesk to deliver world-class service at customer sites.

Responsibilities include setting up conference spaces, performing preventive maintenance, configuring control programs, and providing field service for AV and networked devices. Travel to multiple sites and after-hours work are required, with emphasis on safety and high-quality support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-service focus with ability to meet client needs.
• Experience with AV control systems and networking.
• Willingness to travel and work after hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference spaces for events.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AV hardware.
• Install and configure control programs (AMX/Crestron).
• Provide field service for networked devices.
• Document job site work and train end users.
• Travel to customer sites as required and work after hours.
