Responsibilities

• Provide on-site conference room support for faculty and staff meetings, including user training, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to audio, video, switching, and control systems across conference rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, and other instructional spaces.
• Deliver online conference support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and hybrid meeting environments.
• Support classroom and large-venue AV systems, ensuring reliable operation for teaching and events.
• Coordinate with clients, internal technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Respond promptly to critical hardware and software issues, providing effective technical solutions and maintaining system uptime.
• Maintain strong communication and customer-service skills to support a diverse community of users.
• Broad technical knowledge of AV systems, conferencing platforms, and hardware troubleshooting.
