Job summary

AV-Tech Media Solutions seeks an On-Site AV Support Specialist to provide daily AV support for conference rooms, training spaces, events, and integrated systems at our Atlanta, GA client site. You will troubleshoot issues, learn new technologies, and deliver exceptional customer service while documenting activities and reporting weekly.

You'll setup and operate AV gear, support Teams Rooms, video walls, cameras, microphones, displays, and presentation tools, and ensure safety and compliance on

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding customer service and establish client relationships.
• Ability to setup, test, operate and tear down AV equipment and systems.
• Proficiency with Teams Rooms and meeting peripherals; familiarity with presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Setup, test, operate, and tear down audiovisual equipment for rooms and events.
• Provide in-room technical support for training programs and meetings.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, cameras, displays, and conferencing peripherals.
• Triage issues, troubleshoot, and learn new AV technologies as introduced.
• Produce weekly written reports documenting activities and issues and maintain documentation.
