Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Support Technician in Westlake, TX to partner with customers and teams to deliver world-class on-site service and reliable AV support at client sites.

You will set up conference spaces, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot AV systems, and travel between sites to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work after hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet client event needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maintain customer spaces.
• Provide field service for networked devices and AV systems.
• Travel to customer sites as required and document work performed.
