Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and vehicle software updates.
• Working knowledge of manufacturer-specific diagnostic and technical systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns including performance issues.
• Replace and install components for vehicle retrofits.
• Perform software updates using approved diagnostic equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace worn components and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Document findings and work in the MPK system.
• Use MPK, Dealer Connect, JTETSO, HPIMS, Wi-Tech, and CDA Micro Pods systems.
• Communicate with customers, auditors, and team members about repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following safety procedures.
