Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum two years' experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
Experience with HMI/SCADA and reading engineering drawings.
Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and problem solving.
Experience with conveyors, AS/RS, and shuttle systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer equipment issues quickly and practically.
Complete work orders and maintenance on automated equipment onsite.
Maintain conveyors, cranes, shuttles, scale checks, and carton-opening systems.
Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
Optimize automation performance to meet KPIs; interface with the customer as needed.
Monitor spare parts inventory and collaborate with Lifetime Services team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
