Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience with conveyors, AS/RS, and shuttle systems preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer equipment issues quickly and practically.
• Complete work orders and maintenance on automated onsite equipment.
• Monitor and maintain site spare parts inventory as applicable.
• Collaborate with TGW Lifetime Services to document issues and lessons learned.
