Job summary

Concentra Inc. seeks an experienced Athletic Trainer for our onsite clinic in Oakland, CA. This full-time ATC will deliver healthcare support at the client site, following physician orders and company policies.

The role includes injury prevention, return-to-work coordination, and collaboration with the client’s safety team to promote a healthy workforce. Must have accredited degree and current First Aid/CPR- AED.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer is required or equivalent.
• Experience as an Athletic Trainer in an onsite setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses as per standing orders.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates to clinicians.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases and claim follow-up.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Participate in return-to-work processes and document RTW plans.
• Create pre-shift preventive activity programs and monitor compliance.
