Concentra is seeking an Athletic Trainer-Onsite to promote health and prevent injuries within an occupational medicine program. The AT-O will coordinate workers’ compensation care, manage injuries, and support return‑to‑work placements in collaboration with the Health and Safety Leader, aiming to maintain a healthier, safer workforce.

This role requires on-site presence, clinical knowledge of athletic training, and strong collaboration with client staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant athletic trainer experience in onsite/workers’ compensation settings.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses per standing orders and assess function.
• Identify and refer injured associates to clinicians for optimal care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies following action plans and standing orders.
• Assist in Workers' Compensation case management and claim follow-up.
• Collaborate with HR and management on return‑to‑work placement and job accommodations.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training/evaluation.
• Perform ergonomic job analyses including posture and body mechanics assessments.
• Develop and monitor pre-shift preventive activity programs and rehabilitation plans.
• Maintain patient care records and prepare reports on rehab utilization and costs.
