Job summary

Concentra on site requires an experienced PRN Industrial Athletic Trainer to promote employee health, wellness, and safety at the client site. The AT-O delivers care, injury prevention, and emergency response, coordinating with the Health and Safety Leader to foster a safer workforce.

Essential duties include treating injuries, referring to clinicians, managing workers' compensation, conducting ergonomic training, and communicating rehab statistics.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable.
• Continuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job: No
• Job-Related Experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses per standing orders.
• Identify and refer injured associates to clinicians for care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per protocol.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases.
• Collaborate with HR on return to work placement.
