Job summary

Concentra is hiring an Athletic Trainer-Onsite (AT-O) for an onsite clinic in Beloit, WI. The PRN role focuses on occupational medicine, care coordination for workers’ comp, injury prevention, and RTW support.

Expect collaboration with the client Health and Safety leader and hands-on patient care in a dynamic workplace. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and current First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; BLS or equivalent.
• 1 year of clinical experience in onsite occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses as ordered.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates to clinicians for care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies following standing orders.
• Assist in managing Workers' Compensation cases with documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on return‑to‑work planning.
• Coordinate injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
• Maintain patient care records and prepare monthly rehab reports.
