Job summary

Concentra is hiring an experienced Athletic Trainer-Onsite (AT-O) for a full-time, onsite role at our client site in Stone Mountain, GA. Schedule Mon-Wed 10:30AM-6:30PM and Thu-Fri 5:45AM-1:45PM.

The AT-O delivers high-quality patient care, participates in workers’ compensation case coordination, injury prevention, and return-to-work placements, working with the Health and Safety Leader to promote a healthier workforce.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Athletic Trainer experience in onsite/occupational setting.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; BLS required or equivalent.
• Onsite occupational medicine experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and assess musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal injuries.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation cases and RTW job placement with HR.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per standing orders; maintain patient care records.
• Perform ergonomic analyses and coordinate injury prevention programs.
• Create and monitor pre-shift preventive activity programs and rehab plans.
